This pic is me from when I was 13-15. Could someone tell me how I had a better jawline as a kid than now? Im looking to do some surgery for jaw but I legit don’t see how it’s going to help or how I lost what I had as a damn kid.

Too many men are allowing an extra 20 pounds to accurse them for years.

A 20 pound weight loss (recomp) can make a huge difference. 20 pound weight loss is right in front of you, you just need to go for it.

I was looking at my high school graduation pics that were from 10 years ago and I noticed I had alot of downward growth, my lateral eye area and jaw got worse. My highschool self mogs me now.

Thats why you cant coast off your looks in your younger years. The maxilla can only maintain a maturing face for so long.

One reason why men and male models look worse after 23-25.

You seriously saying I could get back to that jawline? I’m asking because I was stupidly trying to bulk up but before that I looked disgusting in my 20s while being thin.

So is it being fat or bad maxilla?

Also what does recomp mean

Body recomposition

ok the summary of the video :

1) get your macros and calories every day, even your rest days
2) get enough sleep
3) workout 2-4 times per week
4) give each muscle group 48 hours to recover
5) always progressive overload, try to add a rep to your exercise every time you do it (ex 6-8 reps) and when you get to 8, go back down to 6 except you add more weight and so on
6) always reach complete muscle failure
7) understand that different rep ranges are meant for different goals and you need to find out which rep range is best for you
8) just do 3 or 4 sets for per 1 exersise
9) know that there are different tempos for certain rep ranges
10) do about 2 exercises per muscle group in a workout
11) stick to mostly compound exercises
12) figure out which type of working out your body reacts to the best
13) in order to gain muscle you must be gaining some fat in the process
14) do free range exercises and full range of motion
15) ALWAYS ALWAYS ALLLLLWAYYYYYS keep track of your daily foods on an app like “lose it” or “my fitness pal” and track you progress. Pick a day to weigh yourself every morning after you piss but before you eat. You should gain about 1.5 lbs of wight per week
16) stick to the same program for 6-8 weeks then switch up your exercises if you start slowing progress to a new program. You can switch up your rep ranges when ever you want but don’t change the exercises mid way through a program because your body needs time to adapt.

If u live health; mature men are far more attractive than the 23 alpha kids.
30-45 u reach the max bone mass and skin thickness and this is also why men ages better than women.
This server is full of teens coping and twisting the reality

It’s literally just facial fat covering your jawline

But I’m not nearly as fat as that guy. How can you know it’s not just a lack of bones. Btw I want it to be fat because I can ascend so much faster and easier by cutting instead of trying to “bulk” like a moron. Just seems like cope too good to be true kinda thing

You gotta get to 12-15% body fat

Malformed maxilla, recession also droops down the angle of the zygos, it makes bloating and sagging of the soft tissue appear like fat especially the submental region. It takes alot of time for this to happen, like years of poor growth after leaving high school age.

So the way I see it I can go .5 up from bimax orbital implants can bring me up .25. But I’d only be at 4.25 psl at that point. Is there anything I could do to pull up past 5 ?

You don't have a better jawline. Your face was round and you are smiling there
