Well it's just a photo, we don't know what's full the story behind it, I mean it seems Bilzerian faked his whole lifestyle and all, if you aren't completely hideous you could go to any beach and ask a group of girls in bikinis to take a photo with you, just say you're a blogger/vlogger/youtuber from another place and are documenting the places you travel and they will likely agree to take a photo with you...

Yeah, but we don't know exactly what happens behind the scenes, they could be just models hired from an agency, they sign up a non-disclosure agreement, then show up for a few days at his house, they take photos in various poses, doing various activities - eating, drinking, partying, dancing, sitting in the pool, on his yacht, etc...Then he slowly releases the photos online, making it appear like he's surrounded by women constantly, when in reality it was just for a brief time during the photo shoots, everything is fake online these days anyway.

This is correct. You can hire an entourage of escorts. Strippers are known to work part-time as such. Nightclubs and lounges are known to use them as bargirls. I think its called.
