Pretty good, I'd avoid the avacadoes tho.
Consider adding honey too.

Why avocados, they are healthy fruit.
They are not exactly very "healthy" as you believe it is,
it's just that it's harmless.
Avacadoes are only good if they're organic.

I was thinking of adding spinach or avocado, but spinach is a vegetable so not a molecule.

You do realize the vitamins practically mean nothing since it is cultivated?
The carbs coming from fiber are practically non existent,
the vit c is not gonna get absorbed(You'll feel it)
The fats are not healthy, they are just oils.

Those are fine, if you like the taste then add them.
Well that’s what makes it a smoothie the frozen fruits lol, but what other stuff should I add to make it more nutrient dense .

Could add to make it thicker, more creamy but would I just get the same nutrients from milk?

what about kiwis, those are like one of the most nutrient dense fruits.
They are fine.
Idk about them being as nutrient dense as the other ingredients,
but for sure nutrient dense(for a fruit)

To be real the true nutrients in this are from the egg yolks, and depending on how many you add.

Why honey, is that not just sugar.
Not really, if you get raw honey.
You are potentially getting some good amt of minerals and vitamins.

But you would need to eat a lot of honey, unless you ferment it :feelshah:.

True, but since this is a smoothie, I assume you would be adding a lot.
Taking it as one whole meal.
