How does tret fuse growth plates?

Why mechanism causes tret to accelerate growth plate closure. I saw someone say it was something completely different to increased in e2. Also what ingredients specifically give it this characteristic that I’ll have to look out for in other products. And does anyone know other skincare items to be avoided during puberty
