how does your day to day life change with a bad side profile

As long as it works for you then go for it , everyone’s different , also Sam got it in 2 month (he’s rich he’s able to afford good nutrition and chefs) also genetics and hard work . You should be able to get that body in 4-6 months maybe less if you go extreme

Day 1: Chest + Triceps Focus


Warm-up (5–10 min):
Arm circles, shoulder rolls, light stretching


Main Workout


  1. Dumbbell Bench Press – 4 sets of 8–12 reps
  2. Dumbbell Flyes (Flat or Incline) – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
  3. Dumbbell Pullover – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
  4. Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
  5. Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks – 3 sets of 12–15 reps




Day 2: Back + Biceps Focus


Warm-up:
Arm swings, light dumbbell curls, scapula push-ups


Main Workout


  1. Single Arm Dumbbell Row – 4 sets of 8–12 reps per side
  2. Dumbbell Reverse Flyes – 3 sets of 12 reps
  3. Dumbbell Shrugs – 3 sets of 15 reps
  4. Dumbbell Bicep Curl (alternating) – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
  5. Hammer Curl – 3 sets of 10–12 reps




Day 3: Shoulders + Arms


Warm-up:
Arm circles, band pull-aparts (or lightweight shoulder presses)


Main Workout


  1. Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 4 sets of 8–12 reps
  2. Lateral Raises – 3 sets of 12–15 reps
  3. Front Raises – 3 sets of 12–15 reps
  4. Dumbbell Upright Row – 3 sets of 10–12 reps
  5. Concentration Curl – 3 sets of 10 reps each arm

• 6. Overhead Triceps Extension (again) – 3 sets of 12 reps

Btw if you want to go extreme then I’d suggest doing that twice a week and getting 1 day off

no time for recovery, i'd do it maybe once a week or once a week and a repeat of smth

wait no i'm dumb, i would get recovery time since i'm doing different splits - i could try do it everyday tbh

if your front is high htn, but your side is mtn how would it effect you?

so what issues do you face with a bad side?
Side matters a lot irl, slightly less than front but still a lot
