Let’s say that you are 12% bf at 150lbs without ever lifted weights before, you then start working out and bulk up to 170lbs and you are 20% bf. You recomp while lifting maintaining the same weight and you get down to 12% again. Why does the face change when it’s only the muscles your working out?
