thats a whole cranium reconstruction, wouldnt even do that atp.

Yes that's my point, it's not plausible but it's technically the "true" fix

The highest ROI and most beneficial thing you can do is a lefort 2 (biggest issue but shouldn't be as bad) followed by midfacial implants and then a midface lift (REQUIRED to get if you get midface implants and any lefort procedure)
