nah its pretty easy most of the time, just some are lucky in genetics to be able to pass as a LTB when they transition

Ofc you can, just looking at their large shoulders and frame, only a minority of trannies have a feminine frame or used estrogen when they were very young. Also you can tell by looking at their big foreheads and skull shape.
