how easy is it to get admitted to a psych ward

i need to talk to someone i have court mandated therapy but he is in contact with my probation officer and i havent opened up to him once bcuz of it i lie and make up fake things im upset about to fill our sessions every week i want to go to a psych ward or smt like that but i dont want my mom to know any details or anything i js want to go and be away somewhere without technology i cant even leave my house without permission while on probation otherwise i would run away again for a little bit

Depends. You could tell your therapist that you're having suicidal thoughts and it would probably get you admitted but then i'd be hard getting out again and they could tell your mother (I think - maybe ask your therapist on what he can tell your mom).

its not js abt technology i want to be somewhere where i cant harm myself before i ruin my life further every few months i do smt stupid very self destructive i think i do it because its like the closest think i can do to ending my life so instead i ruin it because im too scared to end it
