Im in germany, 18 years old

I have adhd similar symptoms but they got worse as i got older so it also could be that im just lazy asf. For example if i want to sell something on marketplace it takes me weeks to upload the things i want to sell even though it could be done in minutes because it feels too overwhelming to do.

I explained everything to my pschiatrist and exaggerated my situation even more (i lied by saying that its been this bad like since i was young)

He reffered me to an adhd psychologist and I have to pay around 300€ to get diagnosed. So I gotta do everything I can to convince the adhd psychologist.

Lets say I got the diagnosis, how easily are amphetamines prescribed? I think here we have elvanse. I probably will get ritalin prescribed first but if i larp and say it didnt work and ask dor amphetamines will my psch prescribed them?

I need to know if its worth to get diagnosed and pay 300€. If not i can order it on darknet for ~3$ a pill.

Also make sure they give elvanse, its the only amphetamine you can get prescribed in the EU.

If they give ritalin or concerta and refuse elvanse at first, simply complain saying it doesnt last very long and wears of far too quick. Thats usually the main reason psychs like elvanse, it lasts a long time throughout the day.

Elvanse is solid. Imo i prefer it over adderall and other amphetamines since it lasts longer and is smoother. In fact elvanse is just the D enantiomer of amphetamine which is the best one so arguably id say elvanse is better than adderall.

When you take the QB test, they usually wont observe you that closely. I'd say pulling an all nighter the day before testing will help alot with appearing more adhd. tbh idk whether I rlly have ADHD tbh, I was diagnosed as a child but they over diagnose in the states. I just went into the tests thinking I had ADHD, internalized it and maybe exaggerated some of the adhd behaviors like lack of focus and hyperactivity.

Long acting amphetamines is bad for you short and long term, its not a life or death medication, you don't need it to live, only to study, they desensitise receptors quickly, don't give the same"interest in the task" effect, can cause PTSD-like symptoms due to the constant dopamine and norepinephrine release, etc (also they are more expensive and you can't manipulate the half-life with the urinary pH, also the threshold of dose is higher)

Yeah, elvanse does not have a "crash" but that is because:
1. Not the same dopaminergic effect
2. You go to sleep and you still have the effects, so THAT IS why you don't feel the crash

You want the release in the moment you study for your brain to associate the task with dopamine release long term (cause amphetamines low dose increase BDNF and plasticity, so this + association, you could leave the amphs long term)

Low dose 5-10mg of dextroamphetamine maximum per session (6h average)

As I said you can manipulate the half life of amphetamines with either acids (to lower the half life) or alkalines (to increase the half life), it can be significant, going from 4h to 12h of half life

To decrease: Vitamin C (1g-4g per session depending on how much, you can check your urine ph with strips to make sure its what you want, I say this cause now personally I use dextromethamphetamine and has a 10h half life, so I want to lower it) (make sure its not alkalinized)

To increase: Sodium Bicarbonate or Citrate, Im sure there are better options, but you have to decrease/increase the urinary pH not stomachal pH, increasing stomach pH will only shorten the kick of the drug)

I have no clue if I have adhd. Getting a prescription was very easy. I take 15 mg XR, and it's very helpful for school and homework, as well as social situations. Also, it suppresses my appetite a lot, so I've been losing weight.

I did have issues with being productive. I'm not sure if I have adhd, but I might. I was diagnosed with adhd I just question how accurate the diagnosis was, because it was an online test, through ADHD online. Before Addehrall, I had a huge problem with procrastination, staying on task, and having a filter in social situations. You should try some Addehrall from a friend, and then from there you can decide if it is helpful or not. Good luck.

in germany i dont even know if they prescribe ir amphetamin, we have attentin which is short acting but it is rarely prescribed and mostly to kids, and I heard that you have to pay for it yourself but i dont know if its true. We have elvanse, which I think i could get prescribed after larping that ritalin etc didnt work. Is getting a diagnosis worth it if the best thing i can get is probably elvanse?

Probably will be prescribed if you get diagnosed, but worry step by step.

Please dude, I would recommend it to you to try and get diagnosed for it so you can discard if you actually have or not adhd because it could literally help mental health and your form of seeing the world. I am right now under evaluation, might also have to go under amphetamines. Even if you do not end up having adhd discarding it would be awesome to stop worrying and working on focusing correctly and becoming a better student / worker.

So, if you get diagnosed, once there, I would worry about it. If you end up not having ADHD I would do some research on nootropics like Semax and Selank. I only heard about them but it's probably a safer and better option for neurotypical people.
