how easy is it to smuggle ritalin into australia?

have access to a lot of ritalin where I am on holiday and wanna bring it into aus but know its super risky since its a class 8 scheduled drug, but if i were to get a stevia bottle with 200 stevia pills and replace them with ritalin pills what would be the chance i get caught? because the way they check for this stuff is scanners and shit and random checks but scanners shouldn't show a difference between stevia pills and rit
