First of all, I already have almond-shaped, sharp eyes, but I’m writing this because I noticed that they’ve become even sharper. (If you have bad eye area genetics, you could eat a whole barrel of fish and it still wouldn’t change a damn thing.) “But you should still eat fish for the sake of your health.”

To see whether fish actually has any effect on the eye area, I ate almost nothing but fish for about 5 days. I noticed that my eye area became even sharper. The high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and protein in fish help rapidly reduce the water retention (puffiness) around the sensitive tissues surrounding the eyes, while providing intense hydration to the upper layers of the skin, making the area look tighter. Once the puffiness goes down, your eye structure and bone definition will become more visible and sharper.

Make sure to include fish in your diet 2–3 days a week. (If you eat fish every single day for a long period of time, mercury can build up in your body and negatively affect your health.) Eating fish 2–3 days a week shouldn’t cause any problems and can provide a lot of benefits. Getting enough fish into your diet each week and combining that with gentle lymphatic drainage massages around your eyes every day, using your fingertips, can help you see even more of an effect when combined with the nutrients found in fish.

You already know how important water and salt are when it comes to sharper definition. Don’t consume excessive amounts of salt, and make sure you drink at least 2–2.5 liters of water every day. By doing these things, you won’t just have a better-looking eye area—you’ll also have brighter, healthier-looking skin.

so basically take omega 3
If you're talking about taking supplements, first of all, eat things that contain omega-3, like Mackerel, salmon, sardines, flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts.
