Unironically there’s peptides that help. I think i have a list of them if you want me to send them to you?

less brain fog so if u combine it with nicotine and caffeine and low carbs after 20+ days u can focus better

Low carbs is so legit.

I had 3 protein bars yesterday (60 grams of carbs) and felt like a bag of shit

Dogshit macronutrient

does it? how does it bloat?
he is mixing up water retention in muscles and water retention in soft tissue, it doesn’t bloat you

And creatine never had any noticeable effects on cognitive function when i took it

Water retention in soft tissues, I know from personal experience, I took creatine monohydrate for 3 months
From what ive seen its diffy for everyone.

I personally notice every molecule of bloat in myself, so we will see

Maybe I'm just genetically unlucky, cuz in addition to water retention in the muscles, my face was bloated

Keto is unsustainable, but low carb is so legit. Fiber and giga complex carbs only

Less brainfog along with the molecules of muscle gained makes it worth the 3 dollars a month

what even is mental clarity ?
Your thoughts feel more impactful and concise and thinking feels like less of a chore in a way

Basicly just energized in a good mood vs down in the dumps dragging your ass everywhere
