How effective is GHK-CU for post Accutane scarring?

I finished my 6 month course of 60mg Accutane, and it ascended my skin pretty hard. I still have some noticeable scarring, and this is unrelated to the accutane, but I also have jowls that descend my lower third. I heard GHK-CU helps with both of these things, but I've also heard from a lot of people that it's completely cope and does nothing. Does anyone have experience with it, and is it worth buying?

For post acne scarring best thing is micro needling or laster treatments, I also need to get them done as I done accutane all my acne went away but I'm left with some pretty bad scarring
