Whichever one you like, I like going out when the wethers nice otherwise i just use an indoor machine

I found casual soccer the most useful and enjoyable. You run a lot without realizing it, time passes quickly, and at the end you wake up with a very sweaty shirt..

same, just with basketball, but i wanna get even leaner, im at 17-18% bf rn
