I have the raw api and compound my own. Been using it for almost 12 years now. Im 29 and get mistaken as 19 often to 20. It works

what strength do you take it at
do you think it’s best to go straight to 0.1 or start on like 0.025

I started at 0.025. Im at 0.1 now.
