First off, I'm writing this at school on my chromebook so this thread will be shitty :jfl: but I wanted to discuss how effective the placebo effect really is. Rustam Akhmetov grew from 5 '4 to like 6' 1 with shitty ass genetics. His mom was 5’1 and his dad was like 5’5. He was 15 when he started this height growth shit but from roughly the end of 8th grade to 9th he only grew 1.5 cm. HE GREW 23 CM IN 3 YEARS WHEN HE PROABLY SHOULD HAVE STOPPED GROWING DUE TO SCIENCE. HIS ENTIRE ROUTINE IS MOSTLY COPE BULLSHIT TOO. but get this, he still grew 23 cm and i want to say that this was 99% placebo effect. His entire routine was pretty much stretching and swimming. Doesnt do shit. But he had some other things such as the slide exercise where he slid down a slide and visualized his spine stretching. Or some ritual where he had people put their hands on his chest and said VC,VC,VC,VC witch means “grow grow grow grow”. The only other explanation i can think of is that maybe the machine that stretches his body in his sleep was effective, but theres still no way that could translate to 23 CM OF HEIGHT AFTER HE REACHED HIS GENETIC MAX LMAO.
