How far can hardmaxxing take you

Assuming money isnt a problem and you dont get botched, could a ltn bone structure wise reach lhtn. Eye area surely would be the biggest decider.

I guess but remember that looks objectively has a normal distribution ( gauss bell) so it will be a matter of the base and where and witch are the flaws facially speaking. In my case I would need a LL a rhino and maybe some implants, to reach CL as a mtn base with somewhat good eye area

Always depends on your base, a sfs ltn with a decent eye area but shit lower is more likely to ascend with something like trimax than a ltn with a shit eye area but decent lower third. But if you have unlimited money and unlimited amount of attempts at surgery than I guess a ltn could even ascend to Chad, but there also has to be a lot of luck involved and choosing the right surgeon and it’s a lot more complicated
