well my biggest failo is midface. If i were to get it fixed i think that alone would get me to htn or atleast hmtn.

well you would be right if i were trying to fix it via softmaxxes. i am planning on surgeries but just not sure on which one...

still very hard to address with surgery, you'd be better off making the face wider and/or making the lower third bigger

i believe what i need is less clockwise rotation, my face is lacking width aswell but length is the case at this point.
