as of recently it is 10x louder and it's so hard to focus during tests
i can't listen to music or anything quietly without it taking over

my dad has the same thing so i could only blame genetics.
it slightly amplified when i started listening to music but i stopped the habit,
always kept my shit under 60db and it continued going up so idk what to blame anymore.
