I think the reason why I've always struggled with consistency is that time flows so slowly for me. 1 year might seem short for most people, but that's a long fucking time for me. Though, I feel that as I get older, time flows by more quickly, but still not quick enough that staying consistent with something for a year is trivial. I do feel though that at some point in the future, 1 year will start to feel like 1 month. And then maybe doing things consistently will be easy then
