How fix bloated nose?

Feel like my nose is really wide and like bloated to the sides a lot but i think the length and tip are fine its just the sides i think are too big. Any way to fix this or js not be a fat chud?

Is it really bloated? If bloated It is probably sebums and you must accutane or hydrocortisone

I use tretinion and like a mix of stuff like hydroquinone could that be making it like that because i apply it my whole face including my nose

You just have a big nose brodie its not rly bloated. If u have skin issues overall I'd say use an exfoliant over the entire face, that can help reduce sebum a bit

Yea it can cause irritation and mild tissue swelling avoiding applying too much tretinoin and hydroquinone to the nostrils moisturizing those areas or taking a break from active use for a few days will resolve this tissue swelling

An extra exfoliant should not be used while on a tretinoin routine as it will completely destroy the skin barrier

Not true. You can definitely combine a retinoid with an exfoliant, but you dont wanna use them on the same day and you wanna wait to make sure u tolerate tret first. But yeah I mean none the less its unlikely sebum is whats making his nose that way

True once tolerance develops, exfoliants can be used on different days. But op using hydroquinone in addition to tret. Adding an acid to these two heavy active ingredients greatly increases the risk of barrier damage and edema, even if you separate the days

Btw as you said there's no need to take that risk since the problem isn't related to sebum
