i use only tretinoin cream 0.025 and eat good food
I don't seem to have acne, but I do have pigment spots and a very uneven skin tone. How can I fix this? Do you have any advice on peptide injections?

if u got ur tret prescribed then just say its not doing nothing towards ur skin but irritating it and ask if u can get accutane instead.
for pigment spots and uneven skin tone just use bb cream to fraud it brah.
