Use panoxly 10% everyday and in a week it should go away it’s worked for me every time but use a heavy moisturizer after and a light one the next morning cus it drys you out. You can buy it at like cvs or your local drug store

Since your 15 it’s probably hormonal and really nothing is going to really get fully rid of it other ther accutane and tretinoid you can get it from Indian mart also is different for everyone but la roche posay cleanser and duo effaclar plus has been the best skin care brand for me it’s gotten like 80% of my acne away when I use it correctly and consistently I’m about to start tretinoin
