I am severaly underweight 183.5 21yo 56kg on avg how shit is my frame? I know its below average but it has good proportions tho i was thinking would it change thaat much if i gained like 10kg?

ass photos, cant judge properly, looks pretty average twink body tho, not extremely fucked bc u have average potential, hit the gym for couple years and u should be good

Frame honestly isn't too bad considering you're so lean. I'd say bulk and aim for about 1-2kg/2-4lbs of bodyweight gain per month. Trying to eat 250-500 calories above maintenance while on a good program training at least 2-3x a week. In a year or two of that you'll look a lot better

Your frame is bad, but it can be improved with gymcelling, clavicle lengthening, repositioning your scapulas more further out from your body, and also posturemaxxing properly to ensure your frame grows wider.

Your frame is your Height. So you Have a slightly better frame than average. Eat food and go to gym. Its not Rocket surgery

So not working out, it looks like you got a 1.47 ratio as a base level. Bodybuilders are 1.61 and classical figures are 1.39. Small frames are usually 1.2 or less and you could probably get it to 1.61 with the small waist if you trained and focused on your delts.
