if i get my 2nd molar removed on the left side, would it change my face drastically or no? just one tooth, since its now too sensitive.

it can slightly affect your symmetry over time. other teeth might shift into the gap, it can cause a subtle change to the soft tissue and muscle on that side.

avoid it if you can if you have to get it removed try to remove 2 so you dont get asymetrical
