I just told my dad that correct posture is not the same as standing up straight as a rule. He kept explaining that it was incorrect and using too many outlandish arguments, when I actually did my research and told him that the natural body position is however your body accommodates itself, biologically speaking Your body does it automatically, to be in the most comfortable position for you.
