Glycine is a powder that stimulates the pituitary gland which signals it to produce more gh.

it also improves sleep quality and obviously gh is released in deep sleep.

it doesn't really have a huge difference but paired with fasting sleep and intense training you will most likely see a difference.

Or just eat dietary glycine instead of spending cash on shit supplements

yes, but isnt hgh more effective... wasting your time on supplements while you could be blasting hgh is ineffective as is

glycine can slighty help sleep quality, and yeah GH is tied to deep sleep but its not like you’re gonna boost GH in any meaningful, looks-changing way from 5g powder
