The point is that when you are VERY lean, ~10% BF, the muscle you have creates an illusion of size. Ofc you DO have to have SOME muscle. But not much, and in the right places, like lats and shoulders. E.g. like OP demonstrates with his mogger physique.

No one knows this, because none of the permabulking faggots at the gym ever gone below 15%
