im trying to cut down i weigh 68 kg im 170 cm 13, for example today i ate 126g protein 163g carbs 8.9 g fat will eat some more prolly and it will be most likely egg whites and potatoes. my diet consist of mainly egg whites, protein powder, rice cakes, oats, potatoes, low fat milk 0,5 percent, blue berries, coffee appetite for suppresion and as a preworkout
