I literally just started taking 25mg Trazadone last night and already this morning, I'm having a hell of a hard time ejaculating.

I'm in the process of tapering off Trazadone. Can't deal with the side effects as they're even worse than the depression the medication is supposed to treat. No free lunch with any medication. Ever.

I change my stance. Trazodone is decent for sleep but it's probably better when combined with something else. Might try it again, it's been a while

It's still a downgrade from Mirtazapine and Ampitripline tho, in terms of sleep effects. It's in line with Doxepin and Dayvigo. In my subjective opinion

mirtazapine causes sedating effects at super low doses aka 7.5mg. And even at that low dose it will cause you a massive weight gain

Yeah I usually took 7.5 - 15mg for sleep. Very effective but it would make me a fatfuck and also groggy asf in the day time
