I have small pimples on some parts of my skin, and I'd say just overall my skin doesn't look healthy.

Tret alone probably won't fix your skin problems, you should try fixing your diet and getting sunlight

You can use both. I’d personally recommend the tretinoin over ghk-cu but why not both right

Nah unfortunately I am Brazilian so idk any European sources lol. I got mine from stealing it from my grandma
