the closer you are to 1 the more shitty food you involve in your daily eating- processed sugar,snacks,fast food,energy drinks,seed oils

Breakfast-4 eggs and 3 peanut butter sandwiches and pancakes
Snacks-beef jerky stick, sour patch kids and protein shake
Lunch-5 slices of pizza, hot dog, chocolate chip cookie and coke
Dessert-some oreo ice cream cake
Dinner-Ground beef,rice and broccoli
