How good is yall diet?

a solid 1. basically all processed shit because im too lazy to cook.

1 being a diet of whatever,mostly store bought processed shit.

10 being a perfectly measured and constructed diet that includes most of the needed stuff for your body to function at its best.

the closer you are to 1 the more shitty food you involve in your daily eating- processed sugar,snacks,fast food,energy drinks,seed oils

if you could specify whats the bad stuff that you are eating,and what stuff you always make sure to eat to stay healthy,that will be amazing.im trying to see how many on org really believe that a good diet is a part of ascending and actually go by it.

I mostly eat whatever mom makes and her stuff is natural so around 8

A mix of clean/dirty bulking
Breakfast-4 eggs and 3 peanut butter sandwiches and pancakes

Snacks-beef jerky stick, sour patch kids and protein shake

Lunch-5 slices of pizza, hot dog, chocolate chip cookie and coke

Dessert-some oreo ice cream cake

Dinner-Ground beef,rice and broccoli

5-6 I only eat 1lb 93/7 ground beef and 5 eggs every day so only 1100kcal trying to cut to 135-140lbs by christmas
