How good looking do u have to be to not initiate but still get female attention

I have a 5’6 Indian friend who says he has had 1 girl (all ltb) come up to him every year since grade 10 hs (so like 5 girls total). He’s now a senior in college (mtn facially) but he was like ltn facially until end of sophomore year of college. Hes not a weird guy but he doesn’t meet the stereotypical threshold of not needing to try but still getting play. This never happened to me and I’m high inhib so I don’t initiate anything and I don’t get any one else coming up to me (I think I’m lmtn).
