yeah because surgical advancements can’t get any better right.. things like a canthoplasty still can look very uncanny

I 180°d on this - if you look at a canthoplasty after only (not botched into stupid levels of tilt) it looks normal

Yeah that’s true btw do you know anyone who got canthoplasty in this forum and posted results too?

can you share some examples before i botch myself
 
as long as humans operate, its less a question about surgical technique and more about the surgeons skill

just like you could get surgery today from a mediocre surgeon and youd get worse results than if you had gone to a top surgeon 10-20 years ago

Yeah i mean how far the skills of the surgeons will develop and people get better results
 
The space already improved massively compared to 15 years ago.

My guess in 10-20 years AI will be able to evaluate the best strategy based on bones, skin, muscles, nerves.
And the next big step will be humans getting completely kicked out from performing surgeries and machines will instead do it with a precision never seen before.
