The fact that we have the ability to have internet, phone, toilet, food, somewhere to sleep, somewhere to eat, no worries about getting killed by bombs, the fact we have been given so many opportunity in life, the fact we can rest somewhere
the fact that we have so much privlage and we are crying about small stuff rather being happy about stuff that arounds you

I get the whole be grateful mindset but everyone has their own battles. just because someone isn’t dodging bombs or starving doesn’t mean their pain isnt real. Imagine being in your 20s or 30s, never having friends, never having a girlfriend, no job and just stuck in your room all day rotting on an incel forum. That kind of loneliness and isolation is brutal and bad for ur mental and physical health. just cuz someone has food and internet doesn’t mean their life isn’t falling apart inside.

Imagine being invisible your whole life bullied again and againh, hating the way you look every time you see a mirror or camera and knowing deep down youd need actual surgeries just to feel normal. That kind of pain doesn’t go away just because you have a phone or a toilet jfl.
