How hard are the sideeffects of Reta are

i currently have a job at a bakery
i work 5 days a week
and i was wondering if i start taking reta at the start of the week
will i have diarrhea or vomiting during it

and can i possibly still eat, because i don't want a weight rebound so i have to stick to a protein full diet

really would appreciate if any former and current reta users could reply

You'll be fine. You'll just have a stomachache sometimes, and sometimes feel under the weather. Just start 1mg a week and wait a couple weeks if you wanna go up in dose from there.

Side effects are mild provided you take a reasonable dose.

Slight nausea and liquid stool isn't uncommon.

You can and should eat while on reta. It works better if you're eating an optimal diet.
