Ive lost like 10kg in the last month idk if thats alot but its very easy for me, you just eat less thats it.

I grab a knife desinfect it and lightly cut some outside fat out and self stitch it

Pretty hard, although I have 0 muscle from years of bad diet and laying in bed so I think that makes me consume less calories, so harder to lose fat

Very hard. One minor slip-up like eating 300 calories over my sedentary maintenance AFTER an intense 4 cardio workout is enough to stall my progress for the week, at least on the scale
