Firstly, you need activity, users will only want to join a forum if there are people to interact with so it makes growth exponentially easier if you have a mini group of mates that can engagement bait at the start

You need good staff, as they will moderate and make the forum

its not that hard, but you have to understand this that looksmax.org has a strong brand,reputation and an active user base which you cant replicate and attracting another audience requires a lot of marketing and advertising
