Most likely not worth it. They probably won't treat you unless you're noticeably deformed and most bimax surgeons will do as small of an advancement as they can. You'll need to go out of your way to find someone to give you aesthetic results.

No dude. The person I want to go to has been discussed here for having great results

The only way I could see this happening is if you get a sleep study that shows you have sleep apnea (which is doubtful considering your airway looks pretty big) or you can convince a surgeon that you have TMJ disorder.

You'd probably have better luck just finding a cheap foreign surgeon.

can’t you just ask him if insurance will cover you? doubt they would tho cause i know usa is just like any other cuck country where insurance only covers if it’s for a medical deformity thing and anything more than that (like large blackpilled movements) will be seen as cosmetic and therefore not covered

Yes this is my plan. Going to set up a consult and since this surgeon is so close to me I can show up in person. It says on website I am under the insurance. He seems blackpilled because I’ve seen good results of him discussed on .org

Okay, maybe not big. Tbh, I don't know what big looks like. But this was mine:

4ff

And I'm not even sure I had sleep apnea. Yours looks quite a bit bigger. But maybe you have it? You can do some sort of sleep apea questionnaire that can estimate your likelihood of having it.

I don’t mind taking a sleep apnea test because I genuinely feel like doing bimax would ascend my sleep and breathing. My nose will be clogged and I will naturally start mouth breathing

The only possible way to get insurance to pay for some kind of orthognathic surgery is if you can prove the corrective surgery is medically necessary.

Also another thing, please do not go with a cheap foreign doctor. If this is something you can’t afford don’t sweat it, grow up a little make the right decisions and when you get a job or career after college you can save up money and do it the right way. Best of luck to you

U can take a sleep apnea test it’s extremely unlikely they will approve you for orthognathic surgery though. And ur looking at about 30 thousand USD for that procedure. I don’t know what u look like but I’d recommend losing bodyfat it will make ur jawline show more and id recommend training ur neck. Trust me man being 11-12% bodyfat ur jawline looks night and day different compared to if ur 18% or higher.

I do all of this and was at 12 and I still badly need jaw surgery

just try to get as much as you can covered, you can usually get at least a fraction covered depending on insurance if you have sleep apnea
