You need to put out a few different guides that need to be in depth you don’t want to just make 3 or 5 generally. They need to be in depth and minimal (generally speaking no usage of chat GPT to write anything)

If you just write the bare minimum for these threads it’s unlikely to count you as a contributor. You have to write a few very high quality guides.

Looksmax threads mostly and drug guides mainly but only if the drugs pertain to looksmaxxing. You’d probably really needs a mimimum of 5 or 6 well written guides.
