How hard is it to stop antipsychotics?

I get huge facial bloating with my antipsychotic.

I had stopped this med 5 Years ago for 10 months. I was extremely good looking. Not just good looking.

But I had massive insomnia so I got back to the pill.

NoW I'm a thin older Guy who bloats very easily. My coworker actually noticed my face bloats and debloats depending of the days. ( he's Not a normie) (normies don't understand what bloat is)

I should add my Mind is racing constantly even with antipsychotic. So without them I can't function. I'm too alarmed mentally but my face becomes model tier.

How to stop this drug?
