Lots of factors come into it. A westernised gigaNT MTN can actually make it.

But a HTN but normal NT guy who is religious will struggle. I think that's only the case in specific circumstances. Some of it is self-enforced / volcel behaviour. If you avoid clubs/bars/parties you better hope you meet them at the grocery store or classroom.
