How hard would it be to convince my doctor to let me get a rhino?

My parents will be ok with it because I have legit problems breathing through my nose. Plus it will be very good to get stuff done under insurance that my parents pay for because they leave me to rot with other shit instead of seeing a doctor.

Say your transitioning and you'd like a nose job since women have smaller noses. Tell him that you've been keeping it a secret from your parents. He'll look inconsiderate if he turns you down. Once the procedure is done and he asks you about your situation say you changed your mind.

Very easy as long as you have the money. My brother had the exact same problem and his doctor asked if he wanted rhino at the same time as the functional surgery.
He didn't want it lol.
