How has your experience with oil pulling been?

For oral health maxxing? Does it actually work? What oil do you use? Do you make it at home or buy a product for it? Pls list routine

I bought the Guru Nanda pulling oil and it works very well. Just swish it around for 2-5 mins. Can do 10 mins for best results then brush your teeth and it made my teeth much whiter. Also makes ur breath smell nice
