How high are seizure rates of raw powders from China in the EU?

I want to buy 5g of Dutasteride powder from a Chinese seller. Obviously, I don't want to get raped by customs and my package to get seized. Any anecdotal reports on successful or unsuccessful delivery in the EU when shipped from China would be helpful.
