Sub 90 iq, he was a terrible student, he had no skills . He made many strategic mistakes that led to the downfall of the third Reich.Moreover, he had a bad temper( unable to control his emotions), which is a good indicator that he had bad emotional intelligence.
Last but not least, he spent a crazy amount of resources just to exterminate jews, I mean that's really dumb. He could invest all that money to upgrade his army and easily defeat his rivals.
