How high is the risk that I will start balding because of accutane?

1 month on some antiobiotic and adapalen 0,3% and even though I dont have big outbreaks anymore my skin still looks like utter shit. It's obviously scarred but besides that it's still full of little infections and whiteheads located deeper under the skin. I am considering asking my derm for Isotretinoin but after I had to read all the shitty threads from Native where he basically says he's losing all his hear because of accutane I'm a little scared. If I lose my hear I can unironically rope that's not even an exaggeration.
How risky is this drug, should I take it?

I would personally use tretinoin before accutane.
It’s quite a brutal drug

No point taking fin if he’s not receeding + hair loss from accutane isn’t DHT related.

Adapalene is basically the same as tretinoin and well it's not doing enough. Maybe I wait another month but I doubt I will get clear skin sadly.

No point taking fin if he’s not receeding + hair loss from accutane isn’t DHT related.
Minox could help tho

I am NW0 atm but I need to keep it. So basically if I take accutan I should have minox here to use it as soon as I notice any hair falling out?
