How I am recovering from the Minoxidil side effects

Side effects: collagen loss, decreased DHT (less libido, muscle gain slower)

Both seem to be directly related, when my collagen is good I am also more horny and perform better in gym. Fibroblasts and AR Cells are both proliferating cells and minoxidil is an antiproliferative agent, so that makes sense.

Here's what I am doing:

1. Running

High intensity running, sprinting. Wearing myself out and then running again after a cooldown.

2. Regular Gym hitting

To open the M-TOR pathway and get a boost in testosterone and collagen

3. Occasional Fasting
To open the AMPK pathway. Supplementing PQQ energy and Berberine. Running/exercising during the fast

4.Coping

Video games, youtube, ect.

Wish me luck boyos. This is mainly a post for myself to keep track of my plan I might add more on to it later.
