When I meet my female peers in a situation where we are all dressed up, make sure to kiss them on the cheek. Handshakes are gay. Dont be shy and do it. Works better if you are tall. Short guys dont try this.
If they are wearing a dress hold their hand after ward and ask them to give you a twirl. Make some joke about them looking good or smth but really you are eyeing up their ass. Use you strength to hold their hand in such a wat as to slow their turn.
Later that night you'll probs be able to get her number of fuck her.
